Soft Tape Measure

Unless you are able to simply look in the mirror and know the size of your chest you’ll probably want a tape measure to get an accurate reading.

Food Scale

Measuring your food is an important component of sticking to the Keto Diet. A food scale makes life infinitely easier.

Ketone Test Strips

There are a couple of different ways to test to see if your body is in ketosis. Using Ketone strips, while not the most accurate, are definitely the easiest and cheapest route to go.

Body Weight Scale

At certain points you will want to weigh yourself to see if you are progressing along your journey.
